This is one of the reasons I keep stopping at the reservoir. I got great shots of this Red Tail Hawk on two separate days. It was almost as if he were waiting to pose for me. Click on the thumbnails for a larger view.

This one is just a random hawk I caught while driving home.

He knows I'm there but doesn't seem to care.

This Coopers Hawk decided to move in on the staked out territory.

My "model" didn't take kindly to the intrusion.

He kept a close eye on the interloper.

On a different day this guy sat in a tree only 5 feet from me.

He thought he had a snack snared.
